“Εσωτερική Όραση”

Μεγάλοι συνθέτες της δυτικής μουσικής παράδοσης μελοποίησαν εκατοντάδες ποιήματα, γραμμένα για ολόκληρη την έκταση και το εκφραστικό φάσμα της ανθρώπινης φωνής. Η φωνή αποτέλεσε το πρώτο και πιο άμεσο μουσικό όργανο της ανθρωπότητας — και το τρομπόνι, περισσότερο από κάθε άλλο πνευστό, φέρει μια μοναδική χροιά που προσεγγίζει την ανθρώπινη φωνή σε εκφραστικότητα, αναπνοή, φραστική και συναισθηματικό βάθος.

Αυτό ακριβώς το σημείο επαφής αποτελεί τον πυρήνα του project: η συνάντηση ποίησης, λόγου και μουσικής μέσα από τη «φωνή» του τρομπονιού.

Ο ακροατής καλείται σε ένα ποιητικο-μουσικό ταξίδι στον κόσμο των Müller, Heine, Pushkin, Goethe και άλλων κορυφαίων ποιητών, μέσα από τη μουσική των Schubert, Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov και άλλων μεγάλων συνθετών που μετουσίωσαν τον λόγο σε ήχο.
Τα Lied, τα Romances και τα Art Songs — έργα γραμμένα αρχικά για φωνή και πιάνο — μεταφέρονται σε ένα νέο ηχητικό πλαίσιο, όπου το τρομπόνι αναλαμβάνει τον ρόλο της φωνής, διατηρώντας την εκφραστική ουσία του λόγου αλλά μετασχηματίζοντάς την σε καθαρά οργανική αφήγηση.

Κεντρικό στοιχείο της εμπειρίας είναι η ταυτόχρονη παρουσία του ποιητικού λόγου: τα ποιήματα παρουσιάζονται στο ελληνικό τους κείμενο (σε μετάφραση), ώστε ο ακροατής να έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο νόημα, στη δραματουργία και στη συναισθηματική διαδρομή των λέξεων, την ίδια στιγμή που ακούει τη μουσική τους μετουσίωση.

Το project δεν λειτουργεί απλώς ως συναυλία, αλλά ως πολυεπίπεδη καλλιτεχνική εμπειρία, όπου ποίηση, μετάφραση, μουσική και ηχητική αφήγηση συνυπάρχουν οργανικά.
Ο ακροατής δεν «ακούει» μόνο έργα — βιώνει έναν διάλογο μεταξύ ποιητή και συνθέτη, λέξης και ήχου, ανθρώπινης φωνής και οργάνου.

Στόχος είναι η δημιουργία μιας νέας μορφής αφήγησης του Lied και του art song repertoire, όπου το τρομπόνι λειτουργεί ως αφηγητής, ως φωνή, ως συναισθηματικός φορέας του ποιητικού κόσμου, γεφυρώνοντας την κλασική παράδοση με μια σύγχρονη, βιωματική ακουστική εμπειρία.

“InnerVision”

Great composers of the Western musical tradition set to music hundreds of poems, written for the full range and expressive spectrum of the human voice. The voice was humanity’s first and most immediate musical instrument — and the trombone, more than any other wind instrument, possesses a unique timbral quality that closely approaches the human voice in expressivity, breath, phrasing, and emotional depth.

This shared space forms the core of the project: the meeting point of poetry, language, and music through the “voice” of the trombone.

The listener is invited on a poetic–musical journey into the worlds of Müller, Heine, Pushkin, Goethe, and other great poets, through the music of Schubert, Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, and other composers who transformed words into sound. Lieder, romances, and art songs — originally written for voice and piano — are reimagined within a new sonic framework, where the trombone assumes the role of the voice, preserving the expressive essence of the text while transforming it into a purely instrumental narrative.

A central element of the experience is the simultaneous presence of the poetic text: the poems are presented in Greek translation, allowing the audience direct access to their meaning, dramaturgy, and emotional trajectory, while listening to their musical transfiguration.

The project functions not simply as a concert, but as a multi-layered artistic experience, where poetry, translation, music, and sonic storytelling coexist organically.
The listener does not merely hear works — they experience a living dialogue between poet and composer, word and sound, human voice and instrument.

The goal is to create a new form of narrative within the Lied and art song repertoire, in which the trombone acts as narrator, voice, and emotional carrier of the poetic world, bridging classical tradition with a contemporary, immersive listening experience.
